COVID-19: PRINCIPLES
COVID-19 Root Cause 1:
Poor Nutrition, Bad Gut, Bad Diet
COVID-19
Root Cause 1:
Poor Nutrition, Bad Gut, Bad Diet
Abnormal state in Nutrition, Gut & Diet.
As already established in the lesson “10 Root Causes to COVID-19“, low immunity is the cause to COVID-19; and an abnormal state in any one or more of the 10 Root Cause Factors is the root cause to low immunity. Therefore, an abnormal state in any one or more of the 10 Root Cause Factors is the root cause to COVID-19.
The first factor of the 10 Root Cause factors that results in low immunity (and thereby to COVID-19) is an abnormal state of Nutrition, Gut, and Diet.

Abnormal State of Nutrition:
Here, state of nutrition refers to the levels of all essential nutrients in the blood. (Nutrients are transported to the various places in the body (organs, glands, & tissues) via the blood stream. Therefore, the state of nutrition for an individual is reckoned by the levels of nutrients in the blood).
If the state of your nutrition is abnormal, it results in organ malfunction, low immunity, diseases, and high risk to COVID-19. The following steps explains how:
- Nutrients (proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, salts, water, oxygen) are necessary for cellular generation, cellular repair & regeneration, cellular metabolism & function, and immune-cells generation / regeneration & function. Therefore, when the state of your nutrition is abnormal, i.e. the levels of any one or more the essential nutrients in your blood is low, it directly results into poor cellular generation, poor repair & regeneration, poor metabolism & function, and poor immune-cells generation/regeneration & function;
- Which then leads to poor organ & system function; which includes poor brain & nerve regulation, poor blood circulation, poor respiratory function, poor digestive function, poor endocrine function, poor lymph circulation, poor urinary function, poor bowel movement, and poor detoxification;
- Which then leads to blood toxicity & acidosis, lymph toxicity & acidosis, organ-tissue acidosis, inflammation, allergies, hormonal imbalance, etc.;
- Which then results into low immunity, infections, degeneration (deterioration & damage) in the major organs, formation of tumours & cancer;
- Which ultimately results into symptoms, diseases, and high risk to COVID-19.
EXAMPLE: Low levels of Vitamin C
When you have low levels of Vitamin C, it directly results into a defective formation of connective tissues, bones, and dentin (defective cellular generation, repair & regeneration), resulting into a formation of weak blood vessels which subsequently get damaged, which then leads to poor blood circulation and thereby poor nutrition circulation & poor detoxification, and consequentially to blood acidosis, blood vessel inflammation, plaque formation, blood clots, low immunity, infections; which ultimately results into symptoms such as breathlessness, tiredness, headaches, poor sleep, indigestion, skin rashes, etc. and consequentially to chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, etc., and high risk to COVID-19.
(Note: Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for many major body processes, and low levels of Vitamin C is seen to trigger many other problems; the above example is just one of those many.)
Likewise, every other known essential nutrient has it’s indispensable place in bodily functions and a lack any results in organ malfunction, low immunity, diseases, and high risk to COVID-19.
On the other hand, If the state of your nutrition is optimal (optimal levels of all essential nutrients in your blood), none of the above processes are triggered, effectually contributing to optimal immunity, optimal health, and risk elimination to COVID-19.
Abnormal State of Gut:
Here, state of the gut includes its physical state, environmental state and it’s functional state.
- Environmental state: Level of water, fats, salts, nutrients, good bacteria, bad bacteria.
- Physical state: Condition of the mucus membrane, intestinal villi, and blood capillaries.
- Functional state: Efficiency of contraction-expansion of gut muscles that cause bowel movement.
If the state of your gut is abnormal, it results in low immunity, ill health, and high risk to COVID-19. The following steps explains how:
- If the environmental state in your gut is abnormal (primarily caused by bad dietary habits): water content is low, nutrient content is low, undigested food content is high & stagnant, toxin levels high, good bacteria is low & bad bacteria is high, this unhealthy environmental state (medically called gut dysbiosis) results in foul odour gas, acid, infection, overstimulation of immune cells in the gut area, etc.;
- Which further results in negatively affecting the gut’s physical state: damage to mucus membrane, damage to gut villi, damage to blood capillaries in the gut area, damage to gut-capillary barrier and thereby causing leaky gut syndrome (seepage of toxins from the gut into the blood stream and leakage of nutrients out of the blood stream into the gut);
- Which further results in negatively affecting the gut’s functional state: poor contraction-expansion of gut muscles and thereby a lowered bowel movement frequency;
- Which then worsens the gut’s environmental state, then worsens the gut’s physical state, then worsens the gut’s functional state; and thereby furthers this vicious cycle;
- Which leads to blood toxicity & acidosis, lymph toxicity & acidosis, organ-tissue acidosis, abnormal state of nutrition in the blood & tissues (loss of nutrients caused by leaky gut syndrome), inflammation, allergies, hormonal imbalance, etc.;
- Which then results into low immunity, infections, degeneration (deterioration & damage) in the major organs, formation of tumours & cancer;
- Which ultimately results into symptoms such as – bloating, abdominal pain, tiredness, acid-reflux pain, bad breath, indigestion, food intolerance, allergies, high blood pressure, fogginess, anxiety & irritability, frequent flus, skin problems, etc. and high risk to COVID-19.
On the other hand, if the state of your gut is optimal (optimal environmental, physical & functional state), none of the above processes are triggered, effectually contributing to optimal immunity, optimal health, and risk elimination to COVID-19.
Abnormal State of Diet:
Here, State of Diet refers to your dietary habits – what you eat on a regular basis.
Essential nutrients are supplied to the body primarily by the diet, and these essential nutrients in the diet enter into the blood stream primarily through the gut.
The state of your diet directly effects the state of your gut and thereby also effects the state of your nutrition, and consequentially effects the state of your immunity & overall health and thereby effects your level of risk to COVID-19. Here’s how:
- When your diet mostly consists of substances that have a toxic or degenerative effect to your body, it first results in gut disbiosys;
- Which then leads to an abnormal state of your gut (abnormal environmental state, physical state, and functional state as already explained above);
- Which then leads to leaky gut syndrome (seepage of toxins from the gut into the blood stream and leakage of nutrients out of the blood stream into the gut); and thereby to an abnormal state of your nutrition (low levels of essential nutrients in your blood as already explained above);
- Which then leads to malfunction in the generative, repair, regenerative, metabolic & functional processes in your major organs and poor immune-cells generation/regeneration & function;
- Which leads to blood toxicity & acidosis, lymph toxicity & acidosis, organ-tissue acidosis, abnormal state of nutrition in the blood & tissues (loss of nutrients caused by leaky gut syndrome), inflammation, allergies, hormonal imbalance, etc.;
- Which then results into low immunity, infections, degeneration (deterioration & damage) in the major organs, formation of tumours & cancer;
- Which ultimately results into symptoms, diseases, and high risk to COVID-19.
On the other hand, if your diet mostly consists of substances that are nutritious, non-inflammatory and non-toxic, none of the above processes are triggered, effectually contributing to optimal immunity & optimal health, and risk elimination to COVID-19.
NOTE: There is no one set diet protocol which can be considered perfect for every individual. In my experience treating chronic disease patients over the last 15 years, I witnessed repeatedly that each one’s body responds differently to any one diet protocol. ex. a ketogenic diet could work perfectly for one individual but surprisingly cause problems in another individual. Therefore each one’s diet needs to be tailored based on their sensitivity to certain foods, digestive capacity, presence of chronic disease or not, use of medications or not, amount of physical activity, lifestyle patterns, and other factors like such.
